As one of the oldest and largest collegiate recreational sports programs in the nation, the Division currently employs 46 full-time and 1,000 part-time students a semester. Recreational Sports professionals, support staff, and student personnel work together to offer programs in Intramural Sports, Outdoor Recreation, Open Recreation, Sport Clubs, the Instructional Program and Fitness/Wellness. The Division manages 10 recreational facilities consisting of 500,000 square feet of indoor and 40 acres of outdoor space.
