New for Fall 2007!
GROUP CYCLING: An indoor cycling class that consists of amazing cardio challenges, varying speeds and resistance levels, hill climbs, flat runs, and more! Let the instructor guide you through a ride that you can tailor to fit your own personal fitness level and goals! This class is great for beginner to advanced participants - because participants set their own resistance levels. Check out the cycling revolution!

Ways to participate:
Group Cycling is part of the Fitness/Wellness program. To participate, you need to purchase a pass online or in the Programs Office of Gregory Gym. Note, this pass is NOT part of the TeXercise schedule.
***Group Cycling Pass: $40
***TeXercise Pass: $70
***COMBO Pass: $100 (includes Cycling & TeXercise)
Who can participate?
Group Cycling passes are available for purchase to RecSports members and currently enrolled students.
Where can I participate?
Classes are held in Recreational Sports Center (2.114) throughout the week. There are over 37 weekly classes to choose from!
What else should I know?
