Who can sign up for a tour?

Individuals may request a tour to see available facilities at Gregory Gym (GRE) or at the Recreational Sports Center (RSC) on a walk-in basis or by appointment. Optimal times for a tour are generally Saturday mornings, or less busy times during the week, avoiding a lunch rush from 11:30am - 1pm or the evening rush at 4:30pm - 7pm.

Groups are also eligible to have a guided tour as long as a time and the size of group are set in advance.

When are tours available?

Tours are available almost all year round, excluding major holidays and school holidays. Please check Gregory Gym's hours of operation to schedule your visit.

How much does it cost?

FREE! Tours are given as a free service to highlight the benefits of being a RecSports member or a UT student.

Where do I sign up?

Individuals can walk into our administration offices and find our Memberships staff to sign up for a tour. Groups and individuals can also call our Memberships Office at 512- 471-6370 or visit Gregory Gym - GRE 2.202
