Racquet Restringing
Racquet restringing is available; racquets may be dropped off at the Gregory Gym Store during regular hours. Racquets dropped off before 5pm on Sunday will be back after the following Friday morning. Racquets dropped off by 5pm on Thursday will be back after the following Monday.
Payment is due in full when the racquet is dropped off for service.

Warranty Policy:
The Gym Store will restring racquets at no charge in cases of stringer error or defective string.
The Gym Store is not responsible for premature string breakage in the following instances:
- The racquet has damaged and/or defective grommets (every effort will be made to install tubing where there is obvious grommet damage).
- The racquet is damaged or defective.
- Customer requests the racquet be strung with the highest recommended tension.
- There is evidence of racquet abuse.
Due to the service involving an independent contractor, Gregory Gym Store can not guarantee any specific return date, but can only provide an estimate.
