The Recreational Sports Center is closed, so there are no Cycling classes.
However, Cycling pass holders will be given access to the
TeXercise Spring Break Schedule during those dates.

    CLASS CANCELLATIONS - Spring 2010 Read carefully!

  • NO Saturday classes in Gregory SOUTH on Feb. 27 due to a facility special event.
    (This includes 10-11am Pilates Mat and 4-5pm Step & Sculpt.)
  • NO Cycling classes or TeXercise classes in RSC 1.106 on Sat, March 6 due to Volleyball Play Day event. (This includes 10-11:30am Yoga, 12-1pm Group Strength, & Cycling classes.)
  • No Cycling Classes during Spring Break (March 13-21) due to RSC closure. Cycling participants will be granted access to TeXercise classes during that time. See schedule in March.
  • NO Cycling or TeXercise classes April 3-4 (Sat/Sun) due to the Holiday weekend.
  • NO TeXercise classes in RSC 1.106 on Saturday, April 17th due to instructor training.
  • Due to facilities closing early on May 7 for our staff appreciation event, the following classes are cancelled that day: 4-5pm Endurance Ride, 5:30pm Cardio Sculpt, 5:30pm Yoga.
  • Additional cancellations may occur - and will be posted at www.utrecsports.org/fitwell
    CANCELLATIONS ARE ALSO HUNG ON ALL STUDIO DOORS FOR YOUR REFERENCE.

Group Cycling Policies:

    • Participants MUST bring a towel and water bottle to EVERY class.
    • Please fill the 1st and 2nd rows of bikes before moving back to 3rd row.
    • Participants must purchase a Cycling pass to participate. Purchase online at www.utrecsports.org or in the Programs Office of Gregory Gym.
    • Request a laminated pass from ID scanner for the cycling class you are attending.
    • Present this to the person at the door of the studio as your ticket into the class.
    • We encourage cycling participants to arrive 5-minutes before class to allow time for proper set up on bikes – & to record their set-up on bike set-up cards in the studio.
    • Participants are not allowed in a class after 5-minutes have passed. This is for your safety and the safety of the class.
    • Our bikes have SPD clips. Participants are welcome to bring cycling shoes that clip into our pedals, but may NOT remove the pedals and insert their own clips.
    • ATHLETIC SHOES ARE REQUIRED. (Participants may bring cycling shoes with SPD cleats, but may NOT remove our pedals and insert their own.)
    • Use of I-Pods or other personal music devices during cycling classes is not permitted for safety reasons.
