
Purchase a Cycling or COMBO (TeXercise + Cycling) pass online
or in the Programs Office in Gregory Gym (2.204).
GROUP CYCLING POLICIES:

Participants MUST bring a towel and water bottle to EVERY class.

CHECK CANCELLATION DATES ONLINE at www.utrecsports.org/fitwell

Please fill the 1st and 2nd rows of bikes before moving back to 3rd row.

Participants must purchased a pass to participate.
-
Request a laminated pass from ID scanner for the cycling class you are attending.

Present this to the person at the door of the studio as your ticket into the class.

We encourage cycling participants to arrive 5-minutes before class to allow time for proper set up on bikes – & to record their set-up on bike set-up cards in the studio.

As a policy, participants are not allowed in a class after 5-minutes have passed. This is for participant safety and the effectiveness of the class.

Our bikes have SPD clips. Participants are welcome to bring cycling shoes that clip into our pedals, but may NOT remove the pedals and insert their own clips.

ATHLETIC SHOES ARE REQUIRED. (See class descriptions for more details.)

The use of personal music devices (such as I-Pods) is not permitted in the Cycling studio for participant safety.

- CLASS CANCELLATIONS for Texercise, Group Cycling, Aqua & PRC- Fall 2010 Read carefully!
- NO CLASSES on Monday, September 6th due to Labor Day.
- **NO CLASSES ON HOME FOOTBALL GAME DAYS. September 11 & 25; October 23 & 30; November 13 & 20.**This is due to the extreme congestion of cars and people on campus for football games.
- NO 10:30am Yoga class in RSC 1.106 on Sunday, 9/12 due to an instructor-training event.
- NO Classes in RSC 1.106 on Sept. 18th due to Hip Hop Hustle Instructor Training event.
- NO CLASSES of any kind on Nov. 24-28 (Thanksgiving holiday) (Wednesday - Sunday)
