CLASS CANCELLATIONS
Texercise, Group Cycling, Aqua & PRC - Please read carefully!
  • No classes July 4th due to Independence Day.
  • Additional cancellations may occur - and will be posted at www.utrecsports.org/fitwell and on inside of studio doors.

GROUP CYCLING POLICIES:

  • Cycling or COMBO Pass required.
  • Participants MUST bring a towel and water bottle to EVERY class.
  • Request a laminated pass from ID scanner for the cycling class you are attending.
  • Lay your laminated pass on your cycle bike handlebars. The instructor will come around to collect passes at the beginning of the class.
  • Please fill the 1st and 2nd rows of bikes before filling 3rd row
  • We encourage cycling participants to arrive 5-minutes before class to allow time for proper set up on bikes – & to record their set-up on bike set-up cards in the studio.
  • As a policy, participants are not allowed in a class after 5-minutes have passed. This is for the effectiveness of our classes and the benefit of patrons.
  • Our bikes have SPD clips. Participants are welcome to bring cycling shoes that clip into our pedals, but may NOT remove the pedals and insert their own clips.
  • ATHLETIC SHOES ARE REQUIRED. (See class descriptions for more details.)
  • The use of personal music devices (such as I-Pods) is not permitted in the Cycling studio for participant safety.
  • Check cancellation dates.
