What should I wear to my appointment?
Come as you are or wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Chair massage and Thai massage do not require the removal of any clothing. Table massage is more effective when clothing is removed; however, proper draping (covering with a sheet) is required. Table massage typically requires the use of a lubricant. A quick-absorbing creme or lotion best suited to your skin type will be chosen to allow you to go about your day without the need for a shower. Your therapist can answer any questions you may have and instruct you in undressing to your comfort level.
