The Oak Grove reunion is set for October 9-10, 2009! This is a very special event, as Friday evening will be spent at Gregory Gym on the UT campus. The evening will include a tour of the facility, a viewing the many Oak Grove pictures on the Intramural Wall of Fame, a cash bar and dinner. Please note the following:
- Rooms have been reserved at the Radisson Hotel located off of North IH35 at Highway 290. The special Oak Grove Reunion rate is $109 per night. Please call (512) 451-5757 and refer to the group “UT Oak Grove Alumni” when making your reservations. Make your hotel reservations no later than September 9.
- The golf outing at the Onion Creek Golf Club is Friday, October 9, at 9:00am. Please report to the Club by 8:00am (Directions to Onion Creek: Take I35 South – 10 minutes from downtown Austin – Exit at Onion Creek Parkway and turn left).
- Bus service will be provided from the Radisson to Gregory Gym and back to the hotel. Please gather in the lobby no later than 5:15pm for a 5:30pm departure.
- A block of tickets has been reserved for the Texas vs. Colorado football game on
October 10. Tickets must be purchased before September 7th or UT will release them.
