American Heart Association Course Information
All American Heart Association course participants will receive a wallet certification card at the conclusion of each course. Should a participant need a replacement wallet card for any American Heart Association course there is a $10 replacement fee per card.

American Red Cross Course Information
Due to changes implemented by the American Red Cross, UT RecSports will no longer provide paper wallet certification cards or printed certificates to course participants. All certificates of completion will be e-mailed in PDF form.

Requests for additional or replacement digital copies of American Red Cross certificates of completion should be sent to safety@utrecsports.org along with your full name, the type of course you completed and the date of the course. There is no charge for this service.
