All participants must be added to the online roster BEFORE they are eligible to participate.
Participants may no longer be added to a roster on-site (WHI, GRE, RSC).

Currently enrolled UT Austin students
Faculty or Staff with a RecSports Membership
Interim UT students with a summer RecSports Membership
How do I add them to my roster?

Enter the participant's valid EID
Select the participant's gender
When do I add them?
You must add all players to your roster before they are eligible to compete.
Roster additions must be completed by midnight the day indicated next to the day you play.
If you play Sunday - add by Thursday at midnight
If you play Monday - add by Sunday at midnight
If you play Tuesday - add by Monday at midnight
If you play Wednesday - add by Tuesday at midnight
If you play Thursday - add by Wednesday at midnight
If you play Friday - add by Thursday at midnight
What if the submission will not work?
You may have entered an invalid EID
The student is not currently enrolled
The faculty or staff member does not have a valid RecSports Membership
The interim summer UT student does not have a valid RecSports Membership
The player is already on a team in that division
How can I remove players from my roster?
BEFORE the first day of play for the season: captains can remove players from their roster
via the online website
Players can also remove themselves from a roster by clicking the removal link in the notification email received when they are added to a team
AFTER play has started: the ONLY way to remove a player from a roster is for the player to come into the Intramural Office (GRE 2.204). *Players can not be removed if they have participated for that team!
***Please be aware that each player may only participate on ONE TEAM PER DIVISION. Different skill levels (indicated by A, B or C) do NOT indicate different divisions. (For
example, Coed B and Coed C are NOT different divisions.)
