*The Intramural Ultimate Tournament will be played weekdays April 2-12, 2012 at Whitaker Fields (WHI). Each team will play double round robin in pool play and then qualifying teams will play a single elimination bracket.
*Team Captains should use the Online Submission Information webpage to submit their team roster prior to their first game. Information and detailed instructions can be found on the page.
* A player may play for only ONE team in this tournament, either Men's or Coed, but not both. The maximum number of teams will be 8 Mens and 8 Coed.
***NEW ID POLICY FOR SPRING 2012***
• Each player on the roster must present a valid photo ID prior to participating in each game.
If a player loses ALL forms of photo ID after business hours on game day then the following procedure will apply. E-mail the Intramural Office AT LEAST one hour prior to game time with the player name, player EID, and scenario details. Players will be expected to secure a new photo ID the next available business day. The email address is: intramural@utrecsports.org
* Players MUST be current UT students, Faculty/Staff RecSports members.
* UTSCA Ultimate Club team members are limited to 2 per team. This includes all players and coaches from the 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 men's and women's rosters.
