How to register for Recsports
Ways to join RecSports or renew existing items
The online store is the fastest and easiest way to purchase/renew your RecSports items.
Important Online Store Reminders:
Enter the store under your affiliation. State Employees and Associate member items are located under the Ex Students Association section. Retired Faculty/Staff items are located under the Faculty/Staff section.
To purchase more than one item simply click "Shop" to the left of your screen located under "QUICK STORE" each time you want to add to your shopping cart.
Once you have finished shopping click "Provide Required Information" to complete your order.
An automated email is sent each time an online order is submitted. This is NOT a receipt, it is simply a notification that your order has been received in the system. The Programs/Membership staff manually process all online orders during office hours. Orders submitted after 2pm will be processed the next business day.
Important Membership Reminders:
All payroll deduction items must have the same expiration date. More information about payroll deduction can be found here. Memberships and lockers must have the same expiration date regardless of payment option.
Important Locker Reminders:
Your locker must have the same expiration date as your membership. If you are not renewing your locker, please remove your belongings and leave the lock secured on the locker. For lockers that expired and have to be cleaned out by our staff a $15 locker content handling fee must be paid to claim your belongings. Any locker contents not claimed within 30 days will be donated.
Locker content handling fees can be paid at the following locations during business hours: GRE lockers - the Gregoy Gym Store or the Programs/Membership Office
For RSC, BEL or PRC lockers - the RSC front desk staff can assist in taking payment
To renew or purchase items online:
Must have a current UT ID or RS Photo ID card to register online. All others must visit the Memberships/Programs Office in Gregory Gym (Room 2.204) located at the corner of 21st and Speedway during business hours (Monday-Friday between 8a.m. and 5p.m.) Non-UT ID cardholders must present a valid photo ID at time of purchase. All online orders submitted after 2pm, Mon. - Fri., or on the weekend, will be processed on the following business day.
