Rock Climbing 101
This introductory class includes two 2-hour sessions introducing new climbers to the movement, physiology and dynamics of rock climbing. Particpants will also learn terminology, knots and "top-rope" belay technique while scaling the heights of the Gregory Gym Climbing Wall.
Rating: Beginner/Moderate
Prerequisites: UT Student or RecSports Member
Required Paperwork: UT Release Form (completed at first class)
