Registration is now full for the 2011 event!

Registration for the Party on the Plaza 2011 Org Fair is closed. If you would still like a table, please arrive the day of the event between 9 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. to be placed on the waitlist. Wait listed orgs will be assigned tables beginning at 9:45 a.m. If you are not present when we call your name at 9:45 a.m. we will remove you from our waitlist.  In addition, at noon all empty tables will become available, so if you would rather wait until noon to see if a group has left you may also do that.

Welcome to the student organization fair registration page. We are proud to partner with the Dean of Students-Student Activities to present the largest org fair on campus. Over 200 clubs registered for the PoP in 2010. Don't let your organization miss out on a great opportunity to interact with the UT community. All student organizations must be currently registered and in good standing to particpate in the fair. One table and two chairs will be provided for each club at no charge. We do ask that all participating groups consider a $20 donation to the UT Student Emergency Fund. The Dean of Student's Office-Student Emergency Services maintains the support fund primarily to help students in emergencies or dire financial straits due to loss of income from tragic or catastrophic events.


Important information for student organizations registering for the fair
*Only currently registered student organizations are eligible to participate in the fair
*Only current organization officers can register the group
*All questions regarding your organizations registration status or current officer list should be directed to the SA office (471-3065)
*The PoP committee cannot assist you with these questions
