Add workouts from certified personal trainers to your fitness routine. Let us enhance your training with a variety of at-home workouts for all fitness levels created by our RecSports personal trainers!
These aerobic, strength and combination workouts are designed to be done at home and at your leisure and don’t require any equipment. These workouts are a complimentary resource and do not require a RecSports membership to access, so find your accountability partner and encourage them to participate as well! This 45-day challenge is a nutrition and training program focused on holistic well-being. The combination of F45's style of training and the challenge meal plans is designed to help members transform their lives. The program includes all the workouts you know and love plus new and unique programs such as Meditation and Yoga.
