General Information 


What is F45? 

F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. The F stands for Functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT-style workouts geared toward everyday movement. The number 45 refers to the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun. 

Functional HIIT:  F45 is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. 

Team Training: The team mentality in F45 Training classes helps participants transform their lifestyle physically and mentally while encouraging community growth and a no-ego attitude. 

45 Minutes: All F45 classes are 45 minutes in length. 

Benefits: F45 helps you build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed, enhance agility, and gain flexibility.  


Class Formats

With over 2,700 exercises and 40 workouts in the F45 database, you’ll be hard-pressed to take the same class twice! All formats are open to all fitness levels, offer modifications, and use various equipment to keep you on your toes. 

Cardio Hybrid | Offered on Mondays 

This cardio hybrid circuit workout incorporates lightweight while aiming for speed in this fun hybrid workout. This class is open to all levels and uses various equipment to keep you on your toes. 

Cardio | Offered on Wednesdays

These specially curated cardio workouts use plyometric movements, timing, and tempo to blast both your aerobic and anaerobic systems. 

Full Body Resistance | Offered on Tuesdays and Sundays

This strength circuit workout incorporates medium to heavy weight to get in a total body workout! This class is open to all levels and uses various equipment to keep you on your toes. 

Upper/Lower Body Resistance | Offered on Thursdays

This strength circuit workout incorporates medium to heavy weight to target either your upper or lower body with an added bonus of some core work! This class is open to all levels and uses various equipment to keep you on your toes. 

Resistance Hybrid | Offered on Fridays

This strength hybrid circuit workout incorporates light to medium weight for this fun hybrid workout! This class is open to all levels and uses various equipment to keep you on your toes. 

Hybrid 60 | Offered on Saturdays

Get the best of both worlds by trying out these weekly hybrid sessions. Combining cardio, resistance, agility, and core movements, these classes help increase your endurance and improve your strength.

Know Before You Go
  • Reserve your spot in advance on My RecSports
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in. Doors close promptly at the start of class. 
  • Class check-in will take place at the doors of the F45 Studio with your mobile device. 
  • Bring a water bottle and a towel.
  • Use a locker. Secure your items in a rental or day-use locker. Bags are not allowed inside the studio.
