Recreational Sports offers UT departments and approved registered student organizations the opportunity to reserve RecSports facilities for tournaments and special events. Experienced facility staff will help groups plan their event by assisting with details such as room layout, submitting necessary work orders, understanding parking options, complying with University rules and regulations and more.
Facility Reservations Contact Information
- Departments and registered student organizations at The University of Texas at Austin may request event space at Recreational Sports facilities.
- Student organizations must be registered and in good standing with the Student Activities area of the Office of the Dean of Students. An authorized representative must complete the facility request form. Student organizations are limited to three reservations per academic semester.
- University departments co-sponsoring non-University groups must meet all University and Board of Regents policies regarding joint sponsorship. Click here to learn more about departmental co-sponsorship.

- Spring 2019 events: November 1, 2018
- Summer 2019 events: February 1, 2019
- Fall 2019 events: May 1, 2019
