Fitness is a lifestyle, and for someone to be truly healthy, they must adopt a healthy mindset about a fit lifestyle. I enjoy training anyone interested in developing a healthy lifestyle and exercising through any outlet. I am a current student pursuing a B.S. in Biology (pre-med), am currently on the UT track team, a former nationally qualified decathlete, power lifter, linebacker and receiver, and I train in martial arts.
I believe anyone can find a way to get healthy exercise through any sport they enjoy, and I encourage those interested to reach out to me.
