I spent my early career as an accountant learning first-hand how poor posture, movement patterns, as well as sitting for long periods of time can have a negative effect on our bodies. I have been a long time Pilates student, and I'm excited to be on a journey as an instructor to teach others how Pilates can positively impact their lives. If I’m not teaching, you can find me outside running the trails, cycling countless miles, and backpacking the beautiful landscapes of our planet.

Why Pilates? Pilates is a fantastic complement to any lifestyle and can help you achieve your fitness goals. It’s gentle, yet challenging, for both the body and mind. Pilates exercises can be modified to challenge any fitness level from the sedentary to the elite athlete. Developing a strong core (foundation) for your body is key. Join me to learn how to stretch, lengthen, and strengthen the whole body with each exercise. Clients of all ages and fitness levels welcome.
