I have been working as a fitness professional and certified personal trainer since 2001, specializing in post-rehabilitation, core strength, flexibility and balance training, working with men and women of all ages and abilities. I like to bring in all types of modalities to my clients workouts including Yoga and Pilates. My belief is that health is a whole body experience including your mind, body, and soul. During our sessions, we talk about bringing balance to your life with nutrition, exercise, and ways to de-stress and live a happy, healthy lifestyle.
