I have 25+ years experience in the fitness industry in classical dance, group fitness, and personal training. I have taught and performed professionally in dance and competed in aerobics at the national level.
I strive to continually learn, as the health industry advances, through continuing education courses and training with my own personal trainer to challenge myself in my career, and so I can continually provide current information to my clients. I believe our bodies were created to be strong and healthy and to do amazing things. I enjoy working with clients to help them be productive and successful with each workout, to leave the gym feeling pleasantly exhausted and proud of their accomplishments.
I am interested in working with clients of all fitness levels and all ages to achieve their short and long term fitness goals. What I give my clients is what I also ask from them--a dedication and desire to work hard to reach and exceed their personal health and fitness goals.
