Small Group Training

Take your workout to the next level with customizable small group training workouts led by a certified personal trainer. Workouts can be tailored to fit your group’s specific needs and interests. Examples include preparing to run a 10K, strength training for women, and much more.

  • Prices are per person.
  • Minimum purchase of 5 sessions per group.
  • Sessions expire 365 days from the date purchased.
  • Session days, times, and locations vary based on your group’s availability.
  • Each session is 60-minutes in length and pricing includes free 30-minute initial consultation.
How To Get Started
  1. All members of your group must complete the required participant information online.
  2. All members of your group must pay for sessions at the RecSports Online Store.
  3. Your personal trainer will contact you within 7 business days to schedule your first appointment.
