Take your workout to the next level with customizable small group training workouts led by a certified personal trainer. Workouts can be tailored to fit your group’s specific needs and interests. Examples include preparing to run a 10K, strength training for women, and much more.
- Available for students, RecSports members, and non-members.
- Prices are per person.
- Minimum purchase of 5 sessions per group.
- Sessions expire 365 days from the date purchased.
- Session days, times, and locations vary based on your group’s availability.
- Each session is 60-minutes in length and pricing includes free 30-minute initial consultation.
How To Get Started
- All members of your group must complete the required participant information online.
- All members of your group must pay for sessions at the RecSports Online Store.
- Your personal trainer will contact you within 7 business days to schedule your first appointment.
