Class Name Description
Aqua Fit Strengthen and tone your muscles in this low-impact resistance training class. All fitness levels are welcome.
Ballet Tone Tone, strengthen, and elongate your muscles in this 1 hour full body workout. Not a dancer? No problem! This workout is open to all fitness levels.
Bollywood Fitness Shake things up with this high-energy Bollywood inspired dance-fitness class!
Cardio Kickboxing Sweat, punch and kick the hour away in this cardio kickboxing workout. Equipment and experience is not required.
Cardio Sculpt This cardio fitness class incorporates different exercise equipment to condition your entire body.
Circuit City Strengthen, tone, and switch up your normal workout with this circuit class.
Core & More Tone and strength your core—abdominal and back muscles—plus a little more—glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps muscles.
Cycle-45 Power up, in this 45-minute high intensity express cycling class.
Deep Water Exercise This class takes place in our indoor lap pool, which ranges from 5'5" to 9' and uses aqua belts, flotation dumbbells, resistance tubing, and more. Challenge your body, improve flexibility and endurance, and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of water exercise.
Endurance Ride A 60-minute class that involves cardio challenges, hills, and endurance segments at varying speeds and resistance.
Endurance Ride + A 75-minute class for all the weekend warriors out there. 60 minutes on the bike, plus a 10-minute flexibility segment. This class ends with five minutes of relaxation.
F/S Pilates Mat Pilates Mat is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven to be invaluable as a fitness endeavor, as well as an important adjunct to sports training and physical rehabilitation. *Pilates participants should bring their own sticky/yoga mat. "F/S" is reserved for Faculty/Staff RecSports members who have purchased a TeXercise or TeXercise Plus pass. Please be prepared to show your F/S ID at the studio door if requested.

Gentle Yoga Are you new to Yoga? Join us for this introductory-style Yoga class, tailored to beginners. Don’t forget your yoga mat!
Goodnight Yoga Unwind your day with movement and relaxation in this 45-minute Hatha-styled Yoga class.
Group Cycling A 50 to 60-minute class focusing on cardio challenges and hill climbs at varying speeds and resistance for all participant levels.
Last Call Total Body Conditioning Express Last chance of the day to get a great 45-minute total body workout! This class will incorporate conditioning and strength exercises utilizing different equipment.
Pilates-Sculpt Challenge yourself in this full-body sculpting class that incorporates Pilates movements and equipment to strengthen your muscles.
PiYo (Pilates + Yoga) Yoga-Pilates Fusion is neither traditional Yoga nor pure Pilates. It is a format that borrows movement and exercises from several types of Hatha yoga, blended with Pilates mat exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
Power Hour Enjoy fast flats, standing and seated runs, sprints, and intervals. *For intermediate to advanced participants.
Ride & Shine Start your day off right with this 45-minute energizing ride.
Ride to the Beat Join the fun and pedal to the beat in this 60-minute class.
Rise & Grind Boot Camp Start your day off moving! This boot camp class will incorporate a mixture of cardio and strength exercises to give you energy to tackle the rest of your day.
Step & Abs Approximately 40 minutes of step, followed by a 20-minute segment that focuses on abdominals, core muscles, and flexibility.
Step & Sculpt Enjoy the combination of step aerobics and strength training for an hour-long workout. Also includes a segment at the end for abdominals, core work, and flexibility.
Step Express Enjoy fun and effective step choreography while getting a worthwhile cardio workout! *Express: Any class indicated as “Express” is a 45 to 50-minute class.
Sunrise Yoga Start your day off right with movement and rejuvenation in this 45-minute Yoga class.
Tabata Interval Training This 60-minute total body workout incorporates cardio training techniques and high intensity intervals, while adding functional training and core strengthening exercises.
Tabata Throwdown *Advanced Do you love TeXercise Tabata classes? Take you workout to this next level in this advanced tabata workout.
Total Body Conditioning This 60-minute class incorporates different exercise equipment to condition your entire body.
Total Body Conditioning Express This 60-minute class incorporates different exercise equipment to condition your entire body. *Express: Any class indicated as “Express” is a 45 to 50-minute class.
Total Body Fusion Get stronger, get leaner, and move well! This workout will incorporate functional training, strength and mobility exercises to improve how you move and your overall fitness.
Total Body Sculpt Sculpt and tone in this full-body strength endurance class.
Train Like An Athlete Let us help you reach your fitness goals! This class will incorporate cardio-endurance exercises to improve your overall fitness. This class is open to all levels.
TRX™ Circuit The TRXTM trainer uses gravity and your body weight to engage your core, balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility. This circuit class will incorporate incorporate cardio and strength training for a full body workout.
Turbo Kick™ Kick, punch, and groove in this intense, yet fun and effective cardiovascular kickboxing workout.
WERK! Hip-Hop Fitness Get moving and sweat to the beat in this fun dance workout! WERK! Hip-Hop Fitness will incorporate dance choreography to target your heart rate and give you a full body workout. Not a dancer? No problem! This workout is great for all levels!
Yoga (Hatha) This mellow form of yoga focuses on simple postures that flow from one to the other at a very comfortable pace. Participants are encouraged to take their time, focusing on personal breathing and meditation in their practice. This yoga is ideal for winding down at the end of a long day.
Yoga (Hatha) + Meditation This Hatha-style yoga class will incorporate a meditation segment to leave you feeling relaxed, de-stressed and ready to take on the rest of your day!
Yoga (Vinyasa Flow) This class will flow from one posture into another to create an opportunity for deep release and transformation. Due to the vigorous nature of this style, it is best if students already have familiarity with yoga practice
Yoga (Vinyasa) Uniquely linking together one posture to the next in a smooth, controlled flow. Breathing and movement come together to create heat in the body that leads to increased circulation and concentration.
Zumba Dance Zumba fuses Latin and international music dance themes together for a great, dynamic, and effective fitness class. The routines combine fast and slow rhythms that tone, sculpt, and inspire.
