Advanced Cycle |
Want to take your ride to the next level? Advance cycling is here to challenge you. During class you will endure climb, hills, accelerate through sprints, and pedal to the beat of music. Participants attending this class should have 1-2 semesters of experience with cycling and be able to hold 85 rpm out of the saddle comfortably. Cycle shoes are not required for this class, but all bikes have SPD clips if you would like to bring your own cycle shoes. |
Barre 30 |
Tone, strengthen, and elongate your muscles in this 30 minute class. Not a dancer? No problem! This workout is open to all fitness levels. TeXercise On-Demand classes only: You will need a mat or good space to move. Exercises will focus on using body weight as resistance but you are welcome to grab any additional small weights or loop bands you may own. On-Campus: Participants should bring their own mat. |
Barre 45 |
This beat-based class will focus on using small and full body movements to tone, strengthen, and elongate your muscles. Many movements are dance inspired, but no dance background is needed. This class incorporates equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, a barre and more to achieve muscular toning. Prior experience with Barre is not required.

Cardio Dance |
Come and learn new moves to multiple styles of songs such as R&B, pop, HipHop and more in this great dance workout. Not a dancer? That's okay! This workout is great for all levels! You will learn simple and quick dance fitness choreography to keep your body moving throughout the whole class to challenge your steady state cardio. |
Cardio Kickboxing 45 |
Sweat, punch and kick the time away in this cardio kickboxing workout. This beat based class will focus on using shadow boxing techniques combined with common fitness moves to create combinations you will learn to master. Equipment and experience is not required. (This class does not use boxing bags) |
Core |
This strength training class will ABSsolutely challenge those abdominal muscles that you use every day! You can expect movements incorporating both body weight and equipment to strengthen and tone your core. |
Cycle + Strength Training (Core) |
This class features 30-45 minutes of cycling and 15 minutes of abdominal strength training. The cycling portion will focus on improving your cardio. The strength portion will use dumbbells and resistance bands to strengthen your core and abdominal muscles. |

This class features 30-45 minutes of cycling and 15 minutes of lower body strength training. The cycling portion will focus on improving your cardio. The strength portion will use dumbbells and resistance bands to strengthen your glutes and legs. |
Cycle + Strength Training (Upper Body) |
This class is split into 30-45 minutes of cycling and 15 minutes of upper body strength training. The cycling portion will focus on improving your cardio. The strength portion will use dumbbells and resistance bands to strengthen your arms, back and chest muscles. |
F/S Tabata Interval Training |
This 50-minute total body workout incorporates high intensity intervals while adding functional training and core strengthening exercises. |
F45 Instructor Practice Class |
This class is open to all students and RecSports members free of charge! During this class new instructors will practice instructing an F45 class. You will still experience this circuit workout that combines elements of high intensity and functional training to help you crush your goals! You can expect to see equal parts strength and cardio for this fun hybrid workout! This class is open to all levels and uses a variety of equipment to keep you on your toes. |

Mobility & Strength (Joint mobility focus) |
This mobility class focuses on increasing active range of motion by prioritizing joint mobility and end ranges of motion. Improved ranges of motion are then strengthened through strength and stability work. Equipment you may see in this class includes: PVC pipes, mini bands, foam rollers, therabands, sliders, and dumbbells. Necessary equipment will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. |
Mobility & Strength (Soft Tissue Focus: Lower Body/Upper Body) |
This class combines breathing techniques, release of tight muscles using foam rollers and balls, and strength to improve movement and balance. We will provide mats, rollers, and balls, but you may bring your own. |

This 1 hour or 45-minute class will give you the best of both worlds! 25% of the class intentional mobility work and 75% of the class is Total Body Strength. The Class will begin with a warm-up and mobility training to increase you joint range of motion and muscle activation so you can perform your best during the strength portion. After, you will experience a total body strength class involving dumbbells, body bars, gliders, resistance and more!

TRXTM is known as Total Resistance Exercises. The TRX uses gravity and your body weight to engage your core, balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility. This circuit class will incorporate cardio and strength training for a full body workout. "Make your body your machine." |
Wild Card Dance |
Just want to dance today and don't care what style it is?! Come to Wild Card Dance. From week to week we will feature different dance instructors and their cardio dance format style that ranges from Hip Hop, Zumba, Latin Dance, Pop music and more. |
Yoga (Hatha) |
This mellow form of yoga focuses on simple postures that flow from one to the other at a very slow pace. You are encouraged to take your time, focusing on personal breathing and meditation in your practice. This yoga is ideal for those starting their yoga journey. We always recommend you to bring your own mat but it is not required. |
Yoga (Holistic) |
Yoga means union. Come as you are to experience the interconnectedness of the body, mind, emotions, and spirit in this inclusive Holistic Yoga class. Our objective is to share Yoga as a way of life through Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and more. We always recommend you bring your own mat but it is not required. |
Yoga (Slow Flow) |
Wind down your week with a slower practice focused on Yin and Hatha Style techniques to find space in both mind and body. We always recommend you to bring your own mat but it is not required. |
Yoga (Vinyasa) 30 |

Yoga (Yin) |
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga in which the poses are held for a longer period of time than other styles. Poses are held for 4-6 breath cycles as opposed to one movement per breath in Vinyasa Yoga. This helps deepen the mind-body connection and gives first time yogis an opportunity to become familiar with yoga. We always recommend you to bring your own mat but it is not required. |
Yoga (YinYasa) |
Get energized and revitalized in this fusion of yoga styles. This Yin and Vinyasa combo class will first strengthen and challenge you with true vinyasa flow followed by yin style passive flexibility poses to reinvigorate the mind, body, and spirit. Yoga for Athletes |
Yoga for Athletes is designed to optimize recovery. This class is for professional athletes, sports players, and anyone who enjoys physical activity!
