We welcome campus visitors to enjoy access to Recreational Sports facilities during their stay. Campus visitors include visiting scholars/researchers, guest lecturers, conference/seminar attendees, and other individuals a department is hosting on campus for a short period.

Monthly Membership
A monthly membership enables campus visitors to enjoy access to all seven RecSports facilities, sports equipment checkout, court reservations, and the ability to purchase select programs and services.

Day Pass
A Day Pass enables campus visitors to enjoy access to all seven RecSports facilities for a single day. Day pass holders are unable to check out equipment or purchase additional programs and services.

How to Purchase
We encourage campus visitors to check with their hosting university department before purchasing a membership to ensure that the department is not already purchasing for participants.
- If you're an individual paying for your membership, please visit the RecSports Membership & Guest Services Office located inside Gregory Gym. The office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, except during University Holidays.
- If you're a department purchasing memberships for participants, please complete the Visitor Request Form. Our staff will review your request and follow up with you within two business days of receiving it. Please note that university departments may not IDT RecSports membership fees for current UT Faculty or Staff.
Day Pass
A Day Pass enables campus visitors to enjoy access to all seven RecSports facilities for a single day. Day pass holders cannot check out equipment or purchase additional programs and services.
