Bring Fitness to Your Group

Request to have a group exercise instructor lead a group fitness class in your organization, department, or residence hall. Our team can bring Cardio Kickboxing, Mat Pilates, Barre, Dance, and Total Body Conditioning to your location of choice.

General Information
  • Available formats include Cardio Kickboxing, Mat Pilates, Barre, Dance, and Total Body Conditioning. Please note that we no longer offer Yoga and Meditation through our Bring Fitness to Your Group program.
  • Pilates class formats should be held in a quiet environment.
  • Departments and student organizations may request up to three private classes per semester/term.
Cancellation Policy

If your event plans change, please submit a cancellation request at least three business days before the scheduled event; you will not be charged if you cancel within this time frame. You will be charged in full if a cancellation is not received three business days in advance.

Fees
  • Private class: $100 per class (up to three per academic term) 
  • Residence halls operated by University Housing and Dining receive $10 off the total amount due. 
  • Units in Counseling and Mental Health Center and University Health Services receive a discounted rate of $60 per class.
Payment Information
  • Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or IDT.
  • To make a credit card payment, please call us at (512) 471-3116, Monday-Friday, 10am–4pm.  
  • For IDT payments, an IDT account number must be submitted on the request form. 
Request Process
  • Submit a request form at least three weeks before the event.
  • You will be charged after the event takes place.
