I have gained a lot from the Health Coaching program! My Coach was both friendly and professional. I was made to feel comfortable, which made it easy for me to open up and discuss my goals. My Coach helped me set achievable goals, acknowledge my progress, and celebrate small wins. We ended each session with a list of actionable items sorted by priority and followed this up with a check-in during the next session. This program has helped me carve out time for and equally prioritize my fitness and wellness along with my graduate coursework. I definitely recommend it! “ - Rajsitee D.
