Maximize your workouts with the help of a certified personal trainer who will design a custom plan to help you achieve your fitness goals. Personal training sessions are available for UT students and RecSports members.

General Information
- All personal trainers maintain a nationally recognized personal training certification. Meet our personal trainers
- Sessions can take place at any of the seven RecSports facilities.
- Currently enrolled UT students and RecSports members are eligible to purchase personal training sessions.
Training Packages
- All sessions are 60 minutes in length.
- All packages include a complimentary initial 30-minute consultation.
- Sessions expire 365 days from the date of purchase.
- Get Started with Personal Training packages are one-time purchases only.

How to Register
- Purchase your desired package/number of sessions on RecSports Online Store.
- Complete the required Participant Information Packet (UT EID login required).
- Your personal trainer will contact you to schedule your first appointment. Please allow up to 14 days to be assigned a trainer.
