Cancellations and Refunds

General Information
  • All cancellation and refund requests are reviewed individually by the administrator of the specific program.
  • Cancellation fees will be deducted from any approved refund amount.
  • Refunds for partial months will NOT be issued (memberships, locker, towel service, TeXercise).
  • Payroll deduction cancellation deadline is midnight on the 13th of each month to stop deduction on the following paycheck.

Online Cancellation/Refund Request

Memberships
  • Self cancellation - no fees assessed.
Lockers
  • Self cancellation - no fees assessed.
  • $20 content handling fee if items are not cleaned out by expiration.
Towel Service
  • Self cancellation - no fees assessed.
Guest/Day Passes
  • Guest/Day passes are non-refundable and are only valid the date of redemption.
TeXercise, Aqua Pass, and Climbing Wall Bouldering Passes
  • Refunds requested due to medical reasons must be submitted with a physician’s note.
  • Any approved refunds will be for the remaining value of the pass, minus a $10 administrative fee.
  • Aqua and PRC passes are non-refundable.
Classes/Clinics/Series
  • $10 cancellation fee
  • Participants must request to cancel or transfer at least 5 business days before the start date. If a transfer is approved, an individual is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Make-up classes/sessions are NOT offered for participants that miss scheduled classes.
Personal Training Sessions
  • Sessions are non-refundable and expire 365 days after purchase.
Adventure Trips
  • Cancellation dates and administrative fees vary for each trip. Click here for more information. 
Intramural Sports
  • $10 cancellation fee
  • Entry fees are non-refundable after the close of registration.
Massage Services
  • Services are non-refundable and expire 90 days after purchase.
  • Mobile Massages must be canceled at least 24 business hours in advance of the event or a 50% cancellation fee will be assessed.
