Where can I find my locker combination?

Once you have purchased a locker online and your order has been processed, your combination will be accessible online. For security reasons, RecSports will never email you your locker combination. You can access your locker combination here. (UT EID required)

How do I change where my locker is located?

If you're interested in changing to a different locker, including one in a different facility, please email memberships@utrecsports.org with your request. 

What happens if I cancel my locker rental?

If you cancel your locker rental, the lock will be changed at the end of the month. Please remove all items from your locker before your locker rental expires. If at the end of the month there are items left in your locker, RecSports staff will remove your belongings, and a $20 fee will be assessed. You will receive an email notification about retrieving your locker contents. The fee must be paid before you can obtain your items. RecSports will keep locker contents for 30 days and then dispose of them according to university policy. All toiletries found inside lockers after the rental expires will be discarded.

Am I allowed to store my handgun in my locker?

Storage of handguns is not permitted in any Recreational Sports lockers.
