TeXercise Class Schedule

Classes will take place every day of the week from August 25 - September 13. Check out a daily schedule below, designed to get you moving no matter where you are. 

Mondays

F45 Training

This bodyweight circuit workout combines elements of high-intensity and functional training to help you achieve your goals! This class is open to all levels. For this class, you will need a mat, water, and space to move. Dumbbells, mini loop bands, or gliders are encouraged but not required.

Yoga 30

This 30-minute yoga class will involve simple postures that flow from one to the other at a very comfortable pace. You are encouraged to take your time, focus on personal breathing and meditation in this practice. For this class, you will need a mat, water, and space to move. Yoga strap, blanket, or blocks are encouraged but not required.

Come join our virtual dance party! This Latin-inspired dance party will is designed to get you moving. No equipment is required for this class just plenty of space to shake it!

Barre 45

Tone, strengthen, and elongate your muscles in this 45-minute class. Barre is a ballet-inspired fitness format. Not a dancer? No problem! This workout is open to all fitness levels. TeXercise On-Demand classes only: You will need a mat or functional space to move. Exercises will primarily use bodyweight for resistance, but you are welcome to use any additional small weights or loop bands you may own

First time trying TeXercise? 

We can't wait to meet you virtually. We've got a couple of tips to help make your TeXercise On Demand experience the best it can possibly be.

Tips
  • Double-check the TeXercise schedule carefully and mark your calendars to ensure you are tuning in to the class of your choosing. 
  • Have a towel and a water bottle handy. Be sure you also have plenty of space to get moving.
