- Doubles Tournament: Play begins Friday, Feb. 9th, 2024.
- Singles Tournament: Play begins Monday, March 18th, 2024.
- Participants will play two or three pool play matches.
- Single-elimination bracket play for qualifying participants will follow pool play.
- Participants will generally play one match per week and report the score online.
- Contact information will be provided to set up mutually agreeable match days and times.
- Games can be played at Whitaker Courts or any mutually agreeable location.
- Players may use the MyRecSports reservation system to book a court for practice or matches.

Playoff Qualifying Policies
- All players/teams who win at least two pool play matches, or finish in the top 50% of their pool, will be placed in a single elimination bracket.
- Players/Teams may be placed into A, B, or C brackets based on talent and pool play results.
- Players/Teams must show up and play all scheduled pool play games to be eligible for the playoffs.
Eligibility Exceptions
- UT Tennis Club members must play in the A division (or the highest division offered).
- Current and former tennis players from any college or university must appeal before registering.
- Current and former professional tennis players are not eligible.
Rules of Play
- Players are responsible for providing all equipment, including racquets and balls.
- Unless otherwise specified, players/teams may mutually agree to use any scoring format prior to the start of any match.
