New Wellness Workshop: From Burnout to Balance

Join us for an interactive and informative session to get a baseline understanding of how you currently prioritize your time and gain awareness of how this current method supports your overall well-being. We will dive into a hands-on activity to help reframe our thoughts, how we choose to spend our time and live without burnout. You will also learn about Health Coaching at RecSports and the benefits of working with a Certified Health Coach!

Workshops are free and open to all UT students. You're strongly encouraged to RSVP.
