NEW & IMPROVED! Pilates Reformer Series
The Fit/Well Program is happy to announce the new Peak PilateSystem Deluxe Reformers. This 3-in-1 marriage of essential Pilates equipment - Reformer, Mat and Cadillac system is designed to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance and stability. The Reformer provides smooth exercise resistance in both a non-weight bearing and weight-bearing environment. Exercises are gentle on the joints so you can focus on technique and maximize the benefits of every movement.

- All sessions are in the downstairs Gregory Gym (GRE) Exercise Studio
- Participants should register at least 2 business days prior to the start of a series.
- Series limited to 5 participants and fill quickly, so reserve your spot soon!

Pilates Reformer Class Descriptions
- Beginner Level (Reformer + Mat): Designed for those new to the Pilates Reformer. Add variety, variation, and a whole new challenge by doing Pilates sequences on the Reformer and the mat. Previous Pilates experience is not necessary.
- Intermediate: Designed for those with some experience with Pilates mat classes and/or the Reformer.
