Group Exercise Passes Passes are now required for all group exercise classes. Check out the various pass options available for TeXercise, Group Cycling and Aqua. And don't forget about the Combo pass which will give you access to TeXercise and Group Cycling for the entire semester.
Celebrate With RecSports Mark your calendar for Wednesday, Feb. 24. It's National Recreational Sports and Fitness Day at Gregory Gym. Enjoy free classes, free climbing, free chair massages and more! This annual event is open to all currently enrolled UT students and UT faculty and staff (UT ID required).
Swim Better
Spring time is a great time to learn to swim or learn to swim better. Check out the aquatic classes offered by RecSports and imagine yourself a stronger swimmer by summer!
Protect Yourself While Working Out
RecSports participants are encouraged to continue efforts to protect themselves against illness, such as H1N1, while working out. Remember to wash your hands frequently, disinfect fitness equipment before and after use, wear shoes in the locker room facilities and use a towel on weight benches.
